Program Description: The CTIO/DECam is a 570Mpix imager in the AURA Observatory, Chile. First light was Sept. 2012.

Organization Description: Collaboration of scientists in Australia, US, and Korea.

Data Description: Each image is 1GB. Generates 0.3-0.5TB per night. The data is automatically transferred with a “Data Transport System” developed at NOAO in Tucson (uses XML-RPC).
